Pristina's Municipal Actionary Commission has dismissed the two members of the Board of Directors of Public Public Enterprise Bekim Piraeus and Arbnore Jasanica.
From the board, they say this dismissal took place following the decision the Board has made for the dismissal of NPB chief executive chief Hajdar Hoxha, but which has failed to protocol.
The currently dismissed member of the Board of Directors of the Public Enterprise Company, Bekim Piraeus, says last Thursday they had unanimously decided on the dismissal of NPB executive chief Hajdar Hoxha, but on that day they had no technical opportunity to protocol the decision.
While, he added, during the day they have accepted a decision by the Municipal Actionary Commission, which has dismissed two members of this board.
We have organised the Board of Directors meeting on the reason for the dismissal of the company's executive chief... Unanimously we decided to sack the chief executive of the NPB, but the same decision we failed to protocol since the responsible persons were not present at NPB to carry out its protocol. For the same decision as a result of the lack of protocol, we set our next meeting today in order to protocol the decision and to announce this decision to the chief executive chief. This wasn't allowed by officials and chief executive within the housing company... When we tried to hand over the board's leadership decision, a decision was given to the dismissal of two of the four board members. Such a decision has come as a result of pressure in order to prevent the Board's work to establish legitimacy in the NPB after we, like Bord, have encountered violations of”, Piraeus said.
Piraeus, which is one of the downloads under the Commission's Municipal Actionary Commission decision, has shown what the reasons have been for driving them to issue a decision on the dismissal of the head executive of the National Public Company.
“The reason that drives us because of the NPB chief executive chief is the neglect of the chief executive chief to convey and implement the project in Lakrish in accordance with regulations and laws in force, do not be willing of the chief executive chief for co-operation and transparency to the Board of Directors for non-calculation and non-information. The other reason is not to comply with the numerous suggestions and requirements provided by the Board”, he said.
While lawyer Skender Moussa said that although their decision has been denied the right to appeal to the two board members, they will still seize the right to complaint.
There is no excuse given in the decision for exception and it is said that they have not performed their tasks correctly and that regarding this decision they have no right preception... In this dispute, we consider Kosovo's Constitution to be violated, respectively, provisions involving complaints. Although these two members have not seen the right to complaint, we will address the Municipal Assembly with complaints. If the Municipal Assembly continues arbitraryly to consider the legal decision, we will also address the Constitutional Court in Pristina ʹ the Department for Administrative Affairs”, he said.
