In this municipality, Kemajl Aliu of 70.21 percent of the votes counted have managed to get a total of 44.87 per cent of the vote, or 4052 Sosh.
Naim Ismaili, however, is at the top of 43 votes, having 4105 or 45.45 percent, reports Periscope.
