A Month of Arresting Five Arrested for Terrorism

Kosovo police on October 10th arrested: Ardijan Djurovic, Nuhredin Skiner, Ergim Syla, Mentor Bellaqa and Shkodran Krasniqi, as suspected of acts that are related to terrorism.
This is the full announcement of the Foundation Court in Pristina:
The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Special Department, has ruled on the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo in the criminal case against defendants A. J., E.S., N.S., M.B., U.K., due to criminal acts prepared for terrorist acts or criminal acts against constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo by Article 138 paragraph 1 related to the criminal work done by Article 129 paragraph 1 due to Article 31 of KPRK, possession, or unauthorized possession of arms by Article 366 paragraphs 2 of KPRK, export, supply, exchange, mediation, or the authorship of weapons from Kosovo's 364th paragraphs.
The judge of the preliminary procedure, the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants A. J., E.S., N.S., U.S., U.S., has approved it as a base, and the same has been assigned the length of detention in length of (1) months, each separately.
Against this act, the parties are entitled to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
