At the Special Court in The Hague today, the hearing of the fourth witness to the Specialised Prosecutor's Office will continue in the case of former Kosovo Liberation Army member Salih Mustafa.
The fourth SPS witness, who holds the W03594 code, has begun to be heard on October 12th and has declared that from two persons wearing masks has been sent to a storage facility in Zlata where, according to him, he received inhuman treatment.
The Act against Mustafa was confirmed on June 12, 2020, while he was arrested on September 24th last year, on the claim that he committed war crimes.
In presenting himself to the court, Salih Mustafa has been declared innocent.
