Ismaili said the 8 hectares land is the public land of the Pristina municipality, therefore there will be no problems.
The “Lokation is in the centre of Pristina. Most are parking lots, eight hectares of land are public in the Pristina municipality. These buildings will move. While the current parking lot will become subterranean”, Ismaili is expressed.
“Summer are administration parking lot. There is no private property. The issue of private property is harder, but it's public property. The parking lot of the Youth Palace is “Heat Island” (hot island), there are sunshine and nothing creates shade”, Ismaili said.
Ismaili said this is his most interesting project for Pristina and the most needed project for the capital.
For me this is one of Pristina's most interesting projects and the most necessary project. This is the greatest need of Pristina citizens”, Ismaili says.
The biggest problem here is the will to implement this project. I have here presented what we know, that Pristina needs a Central Park”, Ismaili said.
“Park won't create much, could be around 1.5 million. Same as New York Park. It's trillion worth, but it doesn't sell. So even we don't discuss it because it needs”, Ismaili added.
