Haradinaj's Gucati case: Court will decide on material evidence presented by the witness

The specialised Chambers in The Hague are being held the next trial session against former KLA OVL leaders Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj.

Even at today's session, for his card several days in a row, the testimony of the ZPS Bureau of Investigation has continued to be made by ZPS Zenka Pumper, who has today answered the questions of Hysni Gucatt's actoon, Jonathan Elystan Rees.

Chief Justice Charles L. Smith, has issued oral orders announcing that the court will decide on material evidence presented at the end of her testimony.

“As far as presenting evidence as you are aware, the court has postponed the decision on a series of material evidence presented by Zenka Pumper to the conclusion of its testimony. When the moment of that discussion comes from the prosecution, a conciensive summary of the witness's statements for the verbal process is expected to be read at the opening session”.

The chairman of the court stated that it is expected of the prosecution to inform the rankings of each material test.

If evidence is proposed to be confidential, Smith announced that the SPS should let it know whether a edited public version can be made available.

The position of defense will also be taken in terms of the standings of evidence.
