Gorani: Today's statement by President Osman is distressing

Opinionist Dukagjin Gorani has criticised the stance of Kosovo's institutional officials after publishing the Progress Report on Kosovo. “These firm positions that the prime minister gave today, and the president can easily be interpreted as the positions of the state of Kosovo that are rejecting”, Gorani said.
Now, if the state of Kosovo has a right to reject such an assessment and to say that with that kind of assessment we're thinking more of collaborating or skee, we're going to continue intergritional process if that's how our state is valued, if that state thinks, that's how it's supposed to think, the ball bow got hit”2>, he explained.
I think these things should take a lot bigger care and I always try to get myself in perspective in the context of what we see from the outside, not just since we see ourselves and since we see the world”, he said.
The president's statement today at some point for me has been a concern as ordinary citizen of this country. For the first time, I've seen a personality in such an important state position that uses a speech which is nonconcernal, non-official speech and is biased. It's painted speech, it's also coloured with opinions, but it's also emotionally colored. Such behaviour from the president's formal position is also inappropriate, but I think they are also harmful”, Gorani said.
I don't think such an attitude is needed for us as a complicated society and state that we've started and that's integration with a large family of advanced democracies such as the EU. What has happened today I think will be corrected over the coming days”, Gorani stressed.
