PZAP has accepted it as based on the candidate complaint for mayor of this municipality, Rufki Suma.
The voting process will only be repeated for mayor, due to the election integrity minimising as a result of pressure and organisation aimed at benefiting voter support”, the PZAP decision said.
Reasoning PZAP:
With the date of 18.10.2021, The PZAP has accepted complaints from independent candidate Rufki Suma, who claims that during the last nights of local elections in Elez's Han Council, PDK sympathisers have pressured citizens where every citizen has been driven by a car and made an ultimatum not to enter the house, we also suspect that tools for the sale of a vocal. The accuser of the complaint points out they have called the police but the same ones have not come out to disperse the crowd. So are the visits of supporters to places such as Nodence and Gorance”.
Meanwhile, candidate The PDK, according to CEC results, has received 50.98% of the vote for the 17 October elections.
Results from 100% processable locations:
Mehmet Ballage (PDK) > 2,485 votes or 50.98%
Rufki Suma é 2,070 votes or 42.47%
Sheriff Berisha (LVV) é 319 votes or 6.54%
