There's still a legal problem in the Trima Hill district. I've planned that this neighbourhood will be allowed to grow the construction cofficient, so to be allowed high construction as well as to launch legalisation of the facilities because many families continue to be confined because they can't even sell those properties or use them for mortgages, Haradinaj said.
