In the debate, organised with mayoral candidates in Pristina, Daut Haradinaj from the AAK, said one of the capital's main problems is the lack of technical accession of over 46 thousand residential facilities.
Among Pristina's main problems are unlegified objects. Over 46,000 residential units have no permission. This problem harms the citizen and the builder. Under the Administrative Procedure Law and Construction Law, a commission of experts for technical acceptance of the facilities for legalisation will be appointed. Haradinaj said.
According to Haradinaj, this process will be addressed in the first six months of the mandate. According to Haradinaj, the foreign commission will consist of architects, builders, construction engineers, lawyers and so on.
The expert commission will be compensated and co-operated with land builders and owners, Haradinaj concluded.
