The head of the Kosovo Commission Association, Saban Ibrahimi, has declared that they have asked the Ministry of Health for changing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
He in Info Magazine of Kosovo has stressed that today they have held a meeting with Health Minister Dafia Geja-Bunjaku's taskperson, who has told them that their demands will be presented at the government's next meeting.
This meeting was more informative where the proposals were only received from the central level, they have only confirmed and informed us of the ease of the actual measures. There will be a change of curfew, which will still be present, but it will start from 24: 00 p.m. and it will be until 5: 00 a.m., the decision on wearing masks will be under way even if the person is walking alone on the street. These requests were submitted a month ago, the minister on duty told us that they would be presented to the Government at the httpx1> meeting.
Ibrahim stressed that they want to change these measures that are now, as citizens according to him deserve such a change.
We will ask that these measures be removed again, it should be clear that we will not demand that these measures be removed permanently. Kosovo citizens are not worthy to have these measures, as they are showing an extraordinary discipline and should not be rewarded with the failure to wear masks when there are only”.
It compared these requirements for the removal of current measures to measures of Western Balkan states, which according to him have no police hours and are not obliged to wear masks when they are alone on the street.
