The Central Election Commission (KQZ) has decided to recount 23 local elections locations on 17 October. Eight of the seats are for mayor, and 15 for municipal seats.
The head of the secretariat, Burim Ahemtaj, said these recounts are due to technical irregularities and noncompliance of technical forms.
CEC members raised as a total annulment concern of some conditional balloting, which included all abuses being sent to the Prosecutor.
