Bosnian politician: Kosovo-Serbia Territorial Exchange Agreement Had US Support

Bosnian politician Sabine strange, in a Facebook text, has said Kosovo and Serbia have had reconciliation and even the support of the United States of America for an agreement on exchange of territories. On Wednesday, as she has voiced objections to a Matthew plan Palmer, now in charge of the United States [...]
She has said she met and crashed with Palmer in Washington in April 2019, following a panel she had been with Pristina chairman Shpend Ahmeti, then part of the Kosovo negotiating team.
Our “Bised became unpleasant when I asked him directly whether he is aware of the effects of his support (potentically authorship) of the idea of exchanging territories between Kosovo and Serbia. That same day, an official of the Serbian Embassy in Washington, thinking I knew more then, told me that an agreement was reached and that an adequate moment was being required for the Trump administration to present the deal as historic”, she wrote at the entrance to her writing.
Besides, strangely, she said that in the evening she had come to the meeting with Palmer, Kosovo's ambassador to the US at the time, Vlora Citaku. In fact, according to Bosnia, the former Kosovo ambassador has stood up for Palmer asking me that “why was I interfering with the agreement Kosovo and Serbia should reach? ”
“replied that catastrophic influences for Bosnia and Herzegovina were inevitable, but also for the entire Balkans. Tomorrow, Chitaku and I were meant to have a joint, closed meeting at the National American Security Council. The agenda changed in the last minute I was informed that I would have to leave after my response, before the discussion on Kosovo began. I talked about security threats related to the continuation of the right-wing destructuring policy in BiH”, it has continued.
Contacted by KOHA, Citaku has refused to comment. And Ahmeti has said he is unaware of these conversations.
I'm not aware of these cocktail conversations. I guess you could ask Sabine”, Ahmeti said.
According to styliqi, the plan to exchange territories at the time was halted by the opposition in Kosovo, thanks to engagement in the European Union and the American Senate.
And Palmer's plan for electoral reform in BiH, strangely, is opposing it by calling it selective, dangerous and destructive. Palmer's plan envisions, according to the strangely, “the decision making for Bosnia and Herzegovina in Zagreb and Belgrade, and finally the breakup of Bosnia”.
The pressure of Palmer's plan is focused on pro-Bosnian parties, she has charged by seeking clarification from Palmer for the flow of his plan. She has accused Palmer of not putting pressure on the destructive parties in Bosnia. Strangely, he asked the American administration to distance himself from Palmer's intentions.
A day before the Congress hearing on American engagement in the Balkans, she has said it is the case for the US to decide on its orientation to Bosnia or “to destroy decades of its heritage in the Balkans”.
Strange is party vice president “Nassa Stranka” Sarajevo.
