In comments to the British daily Financial Times, Chaillan, who resigned earlier this month in protest of what he has called the American Army's slow technological development path, has said that the United States has no “chance of competing against China in the next 15 or 20 years”.
“According to me, it's the thing done”, he said.
Chailan has also said that cyber defence in several U.S. government departments is in the <x0-level children's garden.”
Currently, China is the second largest economy in the world and is working rapidly to develop technology, including artificial intelligence, genetics and artificial biology. / REL/
