Also located on the second floor is the Prime Minister's Office and its staff. But apparently they can't beat the cold central heating there, and this office has been forced to find another solution.
They have opened a tender for the purchase of 10 electric radiators with 10 horns and thermostats. The purchase of radiators would be done with minimal value procedure. /Voice/
