In a response to the Signal Journal, 157 police officers have said under the suspicion they committed criminal acts.
While, according to the IPK, the most frequent works are: abuse during the exercise of official office or public authorisation, misuse of official public office or authority, slight bodily injury, domestic violence and candor.

For allegedly committing criminal acts, a total of 157 police officers are being investigated by the IPK. During the criminal investigation by the IPK Bureau of Investigation, the most frequent acts have been: abuse during the exercise of official duty or public authorisation, misuse of public office or authority, slight bodily injury, domestic violence and cannous“, the IPK said. The signal newspaper, on 25 June, reported exclusively, for a case in Prizren, where the Special Police Unit had mistreated citizens within the police station.
And after the signal report, in this case, Sergeant Sami Hoti and police officials Valon Krasniqi, Frasher Kroni, Ardian Krasniqi and Albert Perzhaku have been arrested.

On published images, it is seen that Sergeant Sami Hoti and his colleagues have tortured and humiliated some of Prizren's citizens who were handcuffed.
While on January 29th, the signal has reported that Haris Kelmendi, a member of the Fast Response Unit at the “Police station <x0 Centre” in Pristina, has been arrested for the second time under suspicion of criminal work “mishandration during the exercise of official task”.
