The death of Cinthia Lizeth Vega was reportedly caused by the complications suffered by the 22-year-old woman after carrying out the body's sculptation procedures at the Elohim Integrated Esthetic Services Services in her town in Monterrey on Tuesday afternoon.
The Department of Health at Nuevo Leon discovered on Wednesday that the clinic had a permit to offer general medicine consultations and specialised medical consultations, and was not authorised to manage any kind of surgical surgery.
No official autopsy has been issued yet.
But the grieving father, Yulio Cesar Vega, told Info 7 television that his daughter's condition deteriorated after the surgeon's staff applied anesthesia. It caused blood pressure to increase before doctors took her to Camino Real Clinic, where she died.
The concerned father said that the clinic staff left the girl alone with her mother and left. They've been free since Wednesday.
