Rakic said that, although the official campaign has not yet begun, “sot they wanted to cause incidents and riots and win political points by provoking the Serbian people and bringing dozens of armed people to North”, Kosovo Online reports.

Another unusual event took place in the north on Saturday. During the meetings held in Leposaviq, for the 104th anniversary of the Serbs' fall in the Toplica uprising, persons in Serbian military uniform were seen overseeing the area.
