He added that the meeting has been postponed due to early parliamentary elections in the Republic of Kosovo.
Hoxha also said the new date for the joint assembly of governments would be set after the establishment of institutions in Kosovo.
At the request of the Republic of Kosovo, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, respectively, holding the joint session between the two countries has been postponed.
