These statements Hyseni made following the threat of Vjosa Osmani to CEC chairman Valdete Daka over the Certificate of political party lists for the 14 February parliamentary elections.
He did not agree with Vjosa Osman's threatening language to CEC chairman Valdete Daka.
Hyseni said the president should not threaten, but must download if there are arguments.
