Police units are at the scene in the village of Kuzmin, where the road is impassable, water level is on the rise and some houses can be endangered.
In Volljaca at Black Stone, restaurants are flooded by the White Drini water and the Mirusha River.
In the Malisheva area, all roads are perishable but difficult.
The Kosovo Security Council's Centre of Situations suggests that all Kosovo institutions are closely conveying the situation and all state capacities have been put in position, including the Agency for Emergency Management, Local Staff, Police and the Kosovo Security Force.
