US Ambassador Philip Costnet has remembered the Recak massacre on its 22nd anniversary.
Cosnett on a Twitter post wrote that today we reconfer our commitment to ensuring justice.
“Today we stand with Kosovo in honour and memory of the massacre victims in Recak and reconfirm our commitment to ensuring justice for their families and loved ones”, Costnet wrote.
Today, January 15th, 2021, has been 22 years since Serbian police and military forces committed one of the most painful massacres against humanity in Recak, where 45 civilians were killed.
Today we stand with #Kosovo in honoring the memory of the ♪ You coward Massacre sufferings and reciting our transmission to supply justice and restraint for their families and loved ones.
