Arianian Koci speaks strangely: Albin Kurti becoming prime minister in September

Well-known Kosovo lawyer Arian Koci, who had interpreted the Constitutional Court Act differently, claiming he allowed Albin Kurti and others to run for MP, already appears to be a bit back. Koci says Kurti can become prime minister of the country from September of this year, since at that [...]
Koci says Kurti could become the country's prime minister from September this year, since he is then out of three-year terms of an almighty sentence.
He calls the Constitutional Act “Kurth” and “judicial secretivities” as to why he relies on the opinion of the Venice Commission, Periscopi submits.
However, Kurti says that for moral reasons Kurt can be prevented from becoming prime minister, which of course does not stand, since the country's Constitution does not deal with the moral and political aspect of the issues.
Moreover, since between February and September there is a very long period of time, which would naturally cause even constitutional problems in the party or the coalition that comes out first and wins the mandate of prime minister.
Vetevendosje on the other side insists Kurti will be the bearer of her list in the February 14th election.
Full status:
Albin, prime minister from September of this year
) Albin may not allow at this stage to run in elections, using <x0-creative” judicial, and ignoring the Criminal Code in a criminal case;
Albin could then, with criteria incorrectly set, not even allow him to become prime minister, calling for moral reasons: “s can be suitable for prime minister, when you are not eligible for deputy, and MPs should vote?”
But, political processes and the will of voters cannot be stopped.
If the VV wins in this election and decides Albin to be a candidate for prime minister, the issue could be sent to the constitution.
Therefore, beware of the evental plot.
Albin, in the worst case and interpretation, expires the three-year term of an all-powerful sentence in September of this year.
Since then, September 2021, there is no legal interpretation, which prevents him from becoming prime minister.
