The emissary of the United States for Kosovo Dialogue Serbia, Richard Green, has reacted sharply to Chief Prime Minister Vjosa Osmani, who criticised Kosovo's dialogue for bringing nothing of what he promised.
While Osman had praised Israel's recognition and saying the US role has again proved existential, it criticised the Kosovo delegation that “has not brought what it promised”.
