“I hope the talks don't stop, and the next meeting is held as planned. Both parties need a real commitment even on difficult topics, and it is not enough to sign an agreement, implementation must follow and be assessed”, it wrote on Twitter.
How the EU, the EU's special envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, has become known, Miroslav Lajcak has sent invitations to the parties for the first meeting Sunday and Monday, and the Hoti-Vucciq meeting to take place on Tuesday, which has not yet been confirmed.
This is because the Serb side is insisting that part of the discussion become the Association of Serb-run municipalities, which has been rejected by the Kosovo side.
