Specialised rooms have revealed that Haradinaj has been transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague.
While accused of criminal acts against administration of justice, respectively, for fear of witnesses, revenge and violations of the procedure's secrecy

Following his arrest by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office on 25 September 2020, Nasim Haradinaj was transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague. The suspect has been issued for the arrest of criminal acts against the administration of justice, for fear of witnesses, revenge and violation of the secret of the procedure, seen in the Kosovo Criminal Code, as included in Article 15K2. 05L-53 for Specialised Chambers and Specialised Prosecutor's Office.
Information about the date and hour of Nasim Haradinaj's first appearance before the judges will be announced later.
