This session is being transmitted “Live” by Kosovo Specialised Chambers in The Hague, and you can also follow it to Periscope Facebook page.
Mustafa was arrested only last Thursday by the Special Prosecutor's Office, while the Special Court had confirmed the indictment in June of this year.
He is accused of arbitrary detention, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful murder.
The detention measure is expected to be pronounced at this session. /Periscope
