The September 4th US agreement between Kosovo and Serbia sparked numerous reactions from political, publicist and politician analysts. It was a big deal between those who supported it and those who did not support it. On September 4th in Washington, Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, and Serbian President Alexander Vucic signed agreements that had economic agreements between the two states on display, and in the end was recognition of Kosovo's independence from Israel.
It was this very recognition that was commented mostly on by others, who probably expected something bigger to happen in Washington, the White House.
And recently, this agreement has been commented by prominent publicist Veton Surroi, who in an interview with Serbian media estimates that Kosovo is responsible for Serbia's approach to the United States. )
Surroi said that on 4 September there were some positive things, but no agreement for recognition was reached in that country.
But Surroi's economic development calls it something good, but the jobs mentioned within that agreement are usually mentioned when there are choices.
According to the publicist with these negotiations that took place between Kosovo and Serbia, Serbia has its doors opened in Washington.
Here, Kosovo entered more freely, the door is open to Serbia. For the last 20 years, the American address in the region has been Kosovo. The United States is now opening an office in Serbia. This is a change in American interest in the region.
According to him, the responsibility for this development belongs entirely to Kosovo.
The responsibility is totally ours, because we agreed that after the International Court of Justice legitimised Kosovo's independence, Kosovo, under pressure from Serbia, entered the negotiations process, which was unclear. So we have opened the way for Serbia to strengthen politically and militarily, Surroi said.
He said Kosovo's goals in reporting with Serbia have not been lost.
The United States under Trump leadership is different from other administrations. But that does not mean that this administration will remain forever, Surroi concluded. /gazetamtro/
