The formation of a new party by Vjosa Osmani has been rumoured since it was dismissed from the LDK deputy chairman's position, whose current prime minister, Avdullah Hoti, took office.
The LDK's General Council, on 20 June this year, dismissed Vjosa Osmani from ruling positions by 70 votes per, 16 against, and 28 abstentions -- a vote that was carried out electronically -- and which was then contested for lack of transparency by the prime minister of the oldest party in Kosovo in the 6 October elections.
Osmani had major clashes with Chairman Isa Mustafa and the close leadership since the collapse of Albin Kurti's government, which the government supported.
The alignment of Vjosa Osman's positions with former Prime Minister Albin Kurti added rumours that it could join the Vetevendosje Movement, but that this has not happened.
Finally, names of the political scene, including members of the LDK, were rumoured that Vjosa Osmani could join in her new political journey of the LDK.
The Express newspaper has contacted Defence Minister and LDK) branch chairman Anton Quinn to ask whether he would join a new party that could be formed by Vjosa Osmani.
Quinn has denied that he will leave the party formed by Ibrahim Rugova, saying he will remain in the LDK eternally.
I remain eternally in LDK”, Quinn said February for Express on Wednesday.
