After the accused has pleaded not guilty, Judge Arben Mustafaj has scheduled the next session for September 21st, 2020, at 1: 00 p.m.
According to the indictment filed by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec on 16 February 2020, Anton Markaj is charged with criminal acts “fraud”, by Article 323 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
The prosecution claims that the defendant on April 22nd 2019, in the village of Gurrakoc of the municipality of Istog, with the aim of illegally profiting his wealth for himself by presenting false facts, has deceived the injured Ramiz Bajramaj, prompting him to act at the expense of his property.
According to the indictment, the false defendant has told the injured, that if he pays the amount of 800 euros, his friend Shemsije Bajramaj will undergo the German-language visa test at Germany's State Embassy.
The indictment is said to first give the defendant 100 euros in damages for the German language course, another 400 for ensuring success, and then another 400 after the test's completion, but, as it were, the victim's wife does not pass the test, for which the defendant is no longer reported.
