Kosovo Competition Authority Chairman Valon Prestreshi said that only four tests that cost 200 euros have been conducted in this laboratory.
“20 occurred only four tests. So with just four tests, there's been all this reaction. The laboratory is running over 98 percent of tests, and no more tests of over 200 euros, due to civic and media responses. So we found that there is no room for fines against this” lab, he said..
