Killed his wife with a metal rod, the prosecution charges the husband of Kamenica

According to the indictment, the defendant N.M., on July 25, 2020, in the village of Beryvojca, the municipality of Kamenica, because of ongoing family disputes, has deliberately deprived his wife of life, now feeling S.M., so that after the fight, the same metal rod has hit her in her left hand and head, which after falling onto the floor, has again continued to strike several times in the head and other parts of her body, causing fatal wounds.

In this way, the N.M. defendant committed a serious criminal act, the 173 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The prosecutor of the case has proposed to the competent Court in Gjilan, so that the same case continues the detention measure and is found guilty of this criminal offence”, the prosecution's announcement said.
