Health Minister Armend Zemaj said that under the release of measures from today, the delivery of services to patients and professional ambulances have begun. But according to him, caution should continue to be added, as the release of measures does not mean the total removal of the virus.
“We have agreed that we also agreed on gradual return of professional ambulance services and the return of emergency operations to KKUK and to general regional hospitals. Today together with the director and other staff, we saw in the nearest place, and this closeness shows that the seriousness of the work and commitment of health professionals of leaders and managers is being addressed at the highest level of responsibility. This measure has mostly enjoyed patients who need it through receiving these services not only those in charge of COVID-19 to continue and secure and work on their health... The director has claimed responsibility that in the gradual return of these increased efficiency services and increased care so that we can continue to be careful in managing the pandemic situation. This should not create us great facilities because countries in the region and European countries are being exposed to the return of the infection, so our care should be increased. Freedom of measures does not mean the total removal of the” virus, he said.
Meanwhile, Kosovo University Clinical Hospital Service Director Valbon Krasniqi's duty to re-launch service delivery in an ambulance has called it good news, for which he said the epidemological situation is beginning to restore hospital services that were cut off due to pandemic.
“epidemiological situation and clinical aspect of patients affected by COVIED also conform to the government's decision at the meeting held on the 25th of this month allows and enables the University Clinical Hospital Service to start gradually restoring all health services to patients in need.[ ... From today, services have begun in the CKUK's medical ambulances. As of yesterday, directors of all general hospitals have also been instructed to confirm this decision and the epidemiological situation, and to confirm the number of patients in general hospitals to gradually restore health services to their patients. Regarding the suspicious oxygen in general hospitals, Health Minister Armend Zemaj said this is the work of investigative organs, but adds that the need for oxygen has been quite high in July and August.
I can only repeat that the need during July and August has been great for supply. The supply was done legally by the University Hospital Hospital Service every other service I'm not notified as the director reported to me who was not notified. Such reports, of course, if there is anything, should be the object of the investigative treatment institutions eventually if something like this“has happened, the Minister Zemaj said.
