Gucati: Will convince public opinion that Special co-operates with Serbia

It is the file of President Hashim Thaci, PDK chairman Kadri Veselin and former KLA leader Azem Syla, Jakup Krasniqi, Rexhep Selimi, Xhavit Haliti etc.

In an interview for Euronea Albania, Hysni Gucati, chairman of the War Veterans Organisation, spoke about the fact that these files contain real information copied and released by the Special Court.

He said he referred to information found in those files should be preparing an indictment against Kosovo Liberation Army leaders.

Asked if there is any idea why these files are constantly arriving at their offices, he is unclear but stresses that the fact that the KLA War Veterans' Organisation is against the Special Court may be an impact factor.

“We are not against justice but we are against selective justice and for that reason these files we come to the Veterans' Organisation because we are against this trial”, said Mr. Gucati.

He expressed his desire that this tribunal be closed down as soon as possible and stop the event against KLA soldiers.

Hysni Gucati said the Court has contacted them to request the files backwards and explained that in all cases the files have been returned.

Referring to the warning this anonymous person has made for the behaviour of both the Gucati-looking CDs said they will do the same by first informing all public opinion and showing that the Special Court is an accomplice with the Serbian Court.
