Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami, in presenting this proposal, said that subvention included new businesses registered from the beginning of the year until August 2020.
“According to the Economic Recovery Programme and the Government's decision of August 13th, the Ministry of Economy and Environment share 60m euros, the split is behind the wage subvention for active businesses based on the number of employees declared in the December 2019 tax declaration meeting the following conditions: have the status of active taxpayers for July and have submitted the three-month statement”, Bajrami said.
According to her, this decision will not benefit public enterprises and businesses that are regulated by regulators.
“Subvention also includes businesses registered for the January-August 2020 period, where in this case subsidies are based on the number of employees for July 2020. This decision will not benefit public enterprises and businesses that are regulated by market regulators”, she said.
Bajrami at this meeting said 7.5m euros have been earmarked for subsidising the pension scheme.
“mean 7.5m euros for the subsidisation of social scheme for the October-December 2020 period. This fee is conducted on a monthly basis with a regular social scheme payment. Also, it allocates 12m euros for subsidies and 1m euros for supporting public enterprises”, Bajrami concluded.
The decision to double farm subsidies has also been passed at this meeting.
