Ahaz has linked this report to the attacks that Richard Green made on his president, Albin Kurti, citing that this government has taken concrete steps to fight corruption.
Among other things, he calls it Mr. Green is a liar as he comes to the conclusion (if both statements are taken in well-being by Greenell and DAS as truth) that fighting corruption you are American, there is Periscope

The 2020 report, recently published by the State Department for the government Kurti, stresses that the government took concrete steps against corruption, but that did not lead to its end because the mandate was interrupted. Grenelli, after being exposed by Kurt and LVV, said Kurt is anti-American. If we believe Green's lies, and if both statements are hypothetically well enough, do we conclude that those who fight corruption are anti-Americans?
