In it, Gashi had written that the Kosovo Liberation Army war was not clean enough and that Kosovo citizens should know the truth about Albanian crimes against Serbs who have occurred in Kosovo.

He further adds that former KLA elites should give responsibility to the missing and that they should not represent Kosovo in negotiations with Serbia with the reason that at the table with the Serb side, autonomy will also be discussed for Kosovo Serbs.
