Grandpa shoots a gun to the head of a seven-year-old nephew.

A seven-year-old kid was shot in the head with a firearm while at his grandfather's house in Rome's Conca dão area.

The minor was sent to the hospital, where his death was declared because of the bullet he had taken to the head. Police are investigating the case.

From a very early reconstruction, it seems that the 76-year-old grandfather accidentally shot his nephew. The man, according to what he was used to, would say before investigators that the weapon went off while he was coming to the usual place where he was regularly held.

There was also the father of the child who heard a gunshot while in the bathroom, and as soon as he got out, he found his son on injured ground. At the moment, the investigator excludes the voluntary gesture and turns the event into tragic fatality.
