The German Eurodeput has written after her visit that special prosecutors are doing a wonderful job of bringing justice and judging war crimes believed to have been committed in Kosovo.
And of course, this visit and the declaration have sparked numerous reactions on Twitter where dozens of Kosovars have reacted sharply to her, telling her to let the Special Court do its job and not make political interference, even it has been suggested that only Serb criminals committed crimes in Kosovo, not Kosovars.
Former Foreign Affairs Minister Petrit Selimi has sharply replicated German rapporteurs that Albanians are twice as convicted as Serbs for war crimes, and the Special Court is continuing with disgusting activities.
Are you saying the prosecutor is also investigating Serb criminals? As of now, in all trials in The Hague, Pristina and Belgrade, there are twice as many Albanians convicted of war crimes in Kosovo. This institution appears to be continuing this disgusting event”, Selimi wrote, broadcast Metro newspaper.
German rapporteur has also applied Deputy Foreign Minister Muhamet Brajshori.
Brajshori has said he is not sure that Violet is willing to understand and accept on what large scale Serbia has committed crimes in Kosovo, according to him she has not recognised the historic 1998-99 conflict.
“I am not sure that Violet is willing to understand and accept on what large scale Serbia has committed crimes in Kosovo, and that it seems there is no knowledge either of the historical context of 1998-99. And that's why this tweet is so strange that it's also part of this revisional wave”, Brajshori wrote.
It has also been responded to by PDK Chairman Kadri Veseli, Avni Bytyci, the visit of Von Cromon to Special, he named political interference, and he even says they have taught international friends.
Our international associates have helped us to understand that politicians should not visit “courts, especially when important issues are handled by the judiciary. They even have specific words for politicians who visit “courts. It's called “political intervention” and I agree completely!”, wrote Bytyci on Twitter, broadcast Metro newspaper.
We remember that the German rapporteur is known for her controversous attitudes on contracting issues.
