Justice Minister Selim Selimi has talked about the Special Court's proposal to Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and PDK Chairman Kadri Veselini about alleged war crimes.
The one on the Kosovo Clan's Rubik show has said he was unaware that the draft incident would be published on the day the president left for the US, to attend the June 27th meeting with the Serbian side, with the mediation of US Emissary Richard Green.
Selimi believes the publication of the proposal-accusza has meant to produce a political effect.
