Gani Koci asks: What happens if Victory Pacolli tells “kudra of Albin”?

Koci commenting on VV deputy Victory Pacolli's insult to Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, whom he called President Hashim Thaci's ikke, has said that if Victory Pacolli was to call Albin's Framework, all the wives of the world would be taken to their feet”.
