Firefighters -- heads of institutions: Do not call us heroes, but fulfill your obligations to us

Kosovo firefighters through an open letter to heads of state institutions have demanded that, in reviewing the budget, all government institutions, Central and Local, relevant ministries, MPs make their remarks about the vote and commit to protecting the interests of the fire service, and consider the possibilities that [...]
The further indignant firefighters have demanded that they not be called heroes but to fulfill financial obligations.
Full letter to them:
Interpretators of state institutions;
Facing a very serious situation as it is to improve, organize, finance, and manage the services of fire and rescue in the country and in the impossible to communicate in another way so that this situation can improve, we've decided that once again we will send you a public letter to express our inadequacies and concerns about the unwillingness of local institutions to improve and ensure normal conditions for work.
Honored institution representatives, for years we've led you and asked you to fix the unregulated laugh of the fire departments, but neglected and silenced the nonsense, never gave you priority and importance of service, this time we've directed you that urgently, the Central Levels and the Locals, to harmonise your positions so that you can finally become a solution to the categories of employees, in order not to shut up, but to raise your voice and be in support of the Fire Service, to conform to their rights to years of discrimination, to deregulation, to deregulation, and to the citizens, so that there are no other claims that you're asking for, and then you're calling us to accept, and then you're willing to grant us, but that're willing to grant us, and to accept, as we're willing to accept, you're willing to do it're willing, but that we're willing to accept, but that we're certain, and to accept, and to call it're certain, and to say, and to say that we're sure, that we're willing, that we're not to say, and that we're
So we demand that, in budget review, all government institutions, Central and Local institutions, the ministries of classification, the MPs make their comments about voting and engage to protect the interests of the fire service, and to consider opportunities to secure budgetary means and enable us to create normal conditions and fulfill the obligations you have to the Kosovo Fire-fires, engage in the service of being functional and willing to carry out the mission in dignity,
Don't define management competencies in the middle, MPB/AME and Communists since 2012, when transfers have been made from municipalities to MPB and that were never realized, caused enough problems and caused very confusing situations in the service, where nothing works, and nobody engages in this situation to be overcome, to secure budgetary and service to be counterproductive, as a result of this institutional vacuum, without legal status selected, without prior authorisation, without personal equipment and safety, with no real security, and equipment to be tested for free access to the services of the unintelligation of our services, and for the non-reflicant's safety, and for the purpose of mass and safety of their services, in order to make sure of mass and safety, and safety, and to make sure of their claims, and to make sure that they'll be able to use of their services, and to use of the necessary measures of their services, and to use of their services, and to make them.
Our demands are right and legitimate laws based on law enforcement, not breaking laws into power, like labour law, the law of fire and rescue, the law of protection and security at work, the rule of no.33/2012 for additional pay and other compensation, not implementing the contract of labor, we consider it a flagrant violation of workers' rights and total discrimination, and the failure to enforce those laws has caused firefighters not to enjoy additional jobs, even today are not only service to be reserved for hours for illegal, holidays and holidays, and public holidays, and state-run, small-run municipalities in the country of labour, to secure labour, and to ensure that the country's labour costs are only to spare itself, in the workplace, in order to ensure that it should be paid off in the country's insurance.
The fire and rescue service deserves another treatment, the fire mission is the salvation of human life and material goods and thus does not justify the purpose of the foundation.
Don't force our right requests to seek out other forms, don't force us to protest, it's not the firehouse on the street, it's the citizen service, so act on it, otherwise the consequences will be on you.
