The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, the General Department, has requested from the competent Court in Gjilan, the appointment of a 30-day detention measure, against suspects D.P., due to the suspicion that he has carried out the criminal work égactimation, from Article 182 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
According to the request, there is suspicion based that on May 04th 2020, suspect D.P. (Serbian Nationality), with the intention and intention of intimidation, has concerned the injured Mr.S.
