Psychologist Havolly: After pandemic, citizens may manifest stress, nightmare, and aggressive behavior

Ilir Havolly of the Clinical Psychological Association, in an interview for Online Economics, has said that pandemic can have a negative impact on human behavior.

According to him, people after pandemic can display aggressive behavior, social attraction, and can also experience doses of stress and nightmare.

According to Havol, individuals cannot return to their normality but to recreate it.

Havol has said that the most disturbing behavior is aggressive behavior that can happen as a result of pandemic, which may be obvious during this time because individuals may have lost their job or any relative.

The behavior of individuals after the pandemic will not be similar to that of individuals during the pandemic and before the pandemic for the fact that individuals, after pandemic, can manifest aggressive behavior, social attraction, and some may continue to experience doses of stress and anxiety, and this is not something that happens automatically. Individuals after pandemic will return to the normality they had, but they have to recreate this normal”.

During this time when they're creating their new routine, it's obvious that these individuals experience social attractions from other individuals, but more disturbing is aggressive behavior that can occur as a result of pandemic, which can be obvious during this time, because individuals may have lost their relative's work, and that's what affects their behavior indirectly. The impact will be evadent because any situation that is passed has the predisposition to return to individuals, and the effects will be distasteful to those who have experienced it, especially to family members who have lost their families”, Havolli added.

Havol also mentioned dealing with individuals with various consequences, where the most disturbing can be those of clean stress.

After crossing the pandemic, individuals will face different consequences, where the most disturbing may be the consequences of clean stress for the fact that we as Kosovo Psychologists' Associations, have decided since March 8th, a group of psychologists for online counseling that has been given to the territory of Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro. During this time, we've had constant stress and anxiety, where we're able to monitor those cases and we have to be careful because any flunosis turns these individuals into present and affects symptoms of pure stress. So this is the most disturbing part that interests us as psychologist”, he added.

According to him, this situation may be overcome with increased confidence, serving all people to care for themselves and their families as much as possible.

Havolly said that experiencing this situation will be a self-ident, but experience forms will be easier because individuals will learn to live with the virus.

And we're going to live with this pandemic from now on, just as it's said by IKSP, and we can't say that this part is going to pass. Living in this situation will be a Muslims, but experience forms will be easier because individuals will be taught to live with virus”, he added.

Among other things, Havol has said that over 80% of people pass pandemic without syptomatologists and have appealed to all persons to adhere to the recommendations of the OBS and IKSHP.

Havolly has said that even after crossing the pandemic, people will not be able to finally break free from this virus to stretch out each other's hands or embrace each other as they have always done, because they will plant fear in all to keep their social distance.

Even after crossing the pandemic, individuals will not be able to be released to extend one's hand and embrace it as a tradition, because it's planted in us that fear that many people can be carriers but may not be diagnosed, I think that even after passing the pandemic many individuals will continue to maintain that social distance which is necessary to successfully cope with this phase because not every time a pandemic ends up on the specific date, so much less about this without having very little information and this will be a situation that will continue in the future of security, and Haxholl added to the future.
