To govern a community successfully, you must have the majority in the Communist Assembly, because the law recognises it as the highest decision-making and policy authority for a certain municipality.
The arrogance of the local government in Prizren, now familiar with its language and actions, even today has been trying to disunitably, for the interests of power, to pass the revision of the municipal budget.
To make a decision in the Community Assembly, more than half of the members of the Assembly should be present at the session and to consider that a decision has been passed, at least the majority of those present should have voted for, if by law it is not otherwise envisioned.
Today, Mythaher Haskuka failed the emergency session of the Community Assembly for the Review of the budget, because a few days ago she expelled her last partner from the coalition, so it is surprising how, the same one, expects partners to approach with exclusive approach to make the numbers.
This approach of Mytaher Haskuka shows how poor he is in understanding local government, and how degrading his approach to developing Prizren's city.
