Like past governments and this government, fate will define dialogue with Serbia. Like past governments, this in relation to dialogue has the same attitude, completely within the current frames of thought and action.
Even the current prime minister, like those before him, even though he spoke against exchange of territory, did not show why there should be no exchange of territory (what really should be referred to as redefinition of borders).
Didn't show why it's harmful for the Albanian part of Presevo, Bujanoc and Medvedja to join Kosovo, and the Serbian part of Leposaviqi, Zvecan and Zubin Potok to join Serbia? He did not tell us why it would not be good for Pako and Ahtisaari, who are part of Kosovo's constitution to make our state dysfunctional and dependent on the Serb minority, subsequently in our case from Serbia?
For one thing, I am sure: there may also be an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia that does not touch borders, but does draw borders and create internal associations in Kosovo that only weaken Kosovo and strengthen Serbia's influence within it.
But the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia will only occur when borders are redefined between the two countries and two peoples based on the right of people to self-rule in eastern Kosovo and northern Kosovo.
