Kukes Mayor Zenel Kucana told ATSH that the number of tourist flows in Morina doubled compared to a week ago.
The Prefect Kucana said that accelerated procedure is being carried on in Morina customs in Kukes, and by 10:45 of today's day, 2000 vehicles and 8,500 passengers have passed.
He added that state police and local police facilities have taken all measures to facilitate the movement of citizens coming from Kosovo towards Albania, while the number continues to increase.
The passenger flux started early on the morning of today and is one of the highest since the pandemic situation, as confirms the Kucana Kukes Prefect has doubled the number of vehicles and tourists passing through Morina.
Invasors from Kosovo mostly choose the beach of Shengjin, Velipoja, but Durres at the weekend to spend the holidays.
