Deliu: Tax and reciprocity removed without any benefit to Kosovo

It through a Facebook post has said that setting the fee and reciprocity has been aimed at demonstrating Kosovo's sovereignty, and that, according to it, their removal has the same meaning.

The establishment of the tariff and principal reciprocity has had the demonstration of Kosovo's sovereignty, and as its establishment and removal are the sovereign decisions of Kosovo. Every other interpretation is manipulative!

We must remember that it was the PDK, President Kadri Veseli, who correctly understood it and treated it without party calculations on the fee and reciprocity issue, respectively. If tariffs and reciprocity were suspended at the time of Wessel's proposal and, at the same time, at the height of their effect, they would remain like a sword on Serbia's head, for the fact that both the US and EU had promised to respect their reinvigation if within three months Serbia would not fulfil its promises.

Today, both tax and reciprocity were removed without having followed any beneficial effect on Kosovo and, furthermore, no conditioning effect for Serbia (as the suspension contained at the time) and without any international benefit as it could at the time result.

Nothing more has demonstrated the consequences of populist policies like missing cases to benefit in the event of bold, just and unsanitary decisions.
