I have dates, but I can't make it public now because I have to coordinate with my partners and because we don't have time to lose”, Lajcak said before reporters.
That Lajcak has come to Kosovo with concrete dates and to determine dialogue modalities has also said Peter Stano, the EU spokesman.
We welcome all initiatives in support of the dialogue mediated by the European Union. European Union Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak is expected to be in Pristina this afternoon to discuss the modalities of the EU-brokered dialogue. The EU's Special Representative aims to present concrete dates for quick return”, the EU's response reported.
Lajcak has also stated that dialogue in Brussels is important because Kosovo's future is in the EU.
The Slovak diplomat has added that she is aware of the Kosovo meeting Serbia in Washington on 27 June, but that, according to him, the most important for her, is the beginning of dialogue, because Kosovo's future is European.
Lajcak is expected to meet with President Hashim Thaci, Prime Minister Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.
