Bekim Brestovci himself has confirmed this, followed by the Kosovo Clan.

But as New Age writes, he has denied being appointed by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is headed by the AAK's Melza Haradinaj-Stubla.
